• Promote active participation by citizens.
• Facilitate inter departmental co – ordination for better vigilance.
• Continuous research towards improving tax compliance and administration.

EXPECTATION FROM CITIZENS

• To be honest and avoid making frivolous complaints without any substance.
• Complainant should file their complaint along with verifiable and specific facts and figures.
• Respond in time in case some additional information is needed by department to act swiftly.
