WHAT WE DO

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Economic Offences is the apex intelligence and investigative agency established by the Government of Rajasthan to prevent evasion of taxes, duties and royalty in the field of Commercial Taxes, Transport, Mining, State Excise and Stamps & Registration. The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Economic Offences (DRI&EO) collect information about revenue leakage in the State from various sources like Commercial Taxes, Excise, Transport, Registration and Stamps, Mines and other sources and to analyze and investigate them; to monitor all sources of revenue and for preventing tax evasion.    The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence and Economic Offences (DRI&EO) shall take action regarding control, research, investigate and for prosecution of offences related to the following items -   
1. Illegal possession or sale of government land.
2. Committing fraud or irregularities in real estate.
